Lamelle Restorative Balm

Restorative Balm is a blend of synthetic emollients, petrolatum and medical-grade silicone gel polymers that create a breathable liquid membrane to protect your skin while it heals. Being “breathable” is important because if your injury was completely covered, it could lead to wound maceration. This is when your skin starts to degrade from being too wet, something that can hamper healing and lead to inflammation and infection.

It allows for hyaluronic acid production at the surface of your wound. This is essential for the creation of new, healthy fibroblasts and keratinocytes to grow across the surface of your skin while your epidermal-dermal matrix knits itself back together again.

How to use: 
With clean hands, rub Barrier Repair Cream between your fingers to warm it up before applying it to the affected area.
